Cheryl Clark, Broker Associate, Realtor, ASP, CRS, e-PRO, GRI

Cheryl graduated with a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from Texas Tech University. She is also a graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Banking. Her university studies cover a broad range of real estate subjects with a special concentration in finance.

Cheryl began her career in a real estate and home construction office while in college. She went on to hold banking positions that included all aspects of real estate lending. Notably, she served as a real estate lending officer, home loan underwriter, and mortgage branch manager. She is now a full time realtor. Cheryl is currently an Associate Broker at Ad Rem Land Company and a Director for the Dumas Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Cheryl has been an active member of the Dumas community for over 18 years. She is on the Board of Directors for the Dumas and Moore County Chamber of Commerce, and Dumas Noon Lion’s Club, where she serves as Tail twister. She also serves on the Amarillo College advisory board, and the local parent-teacher organization.

Gordon Clark, member of RLI

Gordon graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He then earned an MBA from Texas Tech University. His master's work had a special concentration in marketing.

Gordon and Cheryl moved back home to Dumas after a stint with GTE in Seattle, Washington. Gordon has been part of a family farming operation in Moore County since 1988. In addition to farming, he is a realtor. He is a member of the Dumas Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Realtor's Land Institute.

Gordon is presently in his 7th year of service as a Moore county commissioner and has also served Dumas as a city commissioner. He is a member of the Dumas Noon Lion's Club.  He and Cheryl are active
members and leaders in their church.

The Clark’s are the proud parents of one freshman in high school, Blake.
